Easycgi Uptime: This is the last month we are monitoring the easy cgi uptime. Due to very poor service uptime for the recent months, and this month is terrible with 85.5% uptime over the internet only. We had decided to discontinue monitoring easycgi uptime statistic. 607 outage occurance happened this month, that is the worst uptime we had recorded.

Easycgi Review: Eascycgi suck! We had given up the easycgi hosting, and moved this easycgi review blog site out to other web hosting plan. Reason is as following:

• After easycgi upgrade to new platform, their windows asp plan is showing alot of error for wordpress blog website. Error appear at page header and footer section.
• We spend over 2 hours yesterday to fixed the errors, and tried to reinstall wordpress via their installcenter, failed and error still persist.
• Over the 2 hours time, there are alot of website downtime, and website are not accessible oftenly. Visiting the wordpress admin page took 10 or 20 attempts.
• contacted easycgi support to solved the problem, live chat can’t solve it on the spot, forward it to other support. And there is no answer/reply since.
• we don’t want to suffer anymore, stop wasting our time, we are moving out. Easycgi sucks!

Another poor month with easycgi hosting, last month uptime was 95%, and this month uptime was 97% over the internet. This month, there were 77 downtime occurance, and up to 1000+ minutes of service downtime at easycgi hosting server. The service uptime for this month is really poor.

There were series of problem occur lately at this easy cgi windows hosting plan, and we can’t get it solved until now. Out of the suddent, the blog category can’t work and lead to error page, and we manage to get that fixed. But this time, its server downtime, and we have to contact support via live chat to get it fixed.

Few days back, i have the opportunity to contact easy cgi support team and reach their technical support team via the live chat online. Previously, i am having a email ticket opened and appear that the problem haven’t been solved accordingly. So, i have to contact support immediately, and hopefully the problem can get to their immediate attention for solution.

Easycgi once again recorded a poor service uptime, this time it is around 95% uptime. With 118 downtime occurance, and over 1500 in minutes of service downtime. That is a lot of server downtime. And we can see there were lots of downtime beginning 9th december and onward.

This is the worst service uptime ever recorded with easycgi hosting. This easy cgi review site is hosted with easy cgi windows hosting plan, and on november easy cgi is performing system upgrade and involve server migration. This website had been involved in the server migration and we are require to perform some task via easy cgi control panel in order to complete the migration task. Once the web site had moved to new server, appear that its now supporting php script and wordpress can’t run at all. After contacted easy cgi support team for numereous time and waited days after days, this easy cgi review site is finally back online.

Over 2027 service outages recorded over the month. Website begin to failed from 14th of the month.
