I am an EasyCGI reseller, and have referred clients to the company for the past 8 years. I currently manage 20 individual accounts, and 6 through my reseller account. I recently had a support issue where my client's website has been down for 30+ days and the company still has not solved the problem (Note: The issue just started happening, and I hadn't done anything). The company insists they did not do anything, but things don't magically break. They have still not resolved the issue, and my client is losing $700 a day, yet EasyCGI will only provide him with a month credit ($18.95). I was just told today, that my account "expendable" and not worth retaining. Billing departments and support are not budging on this issue. I am beginning to pull all my accounts (20+), and will move to GoDaddy as of tomorrow. In the past 8 years, I have never had such a horrible experience. ~Brendan
