Easycgi uptime by Easycgireview.org for July 2009: 90.577% over the internet
Another poor month of service uptime, we are getting sick with this. This month easycgi uptime is only 90% over the internet. 413 downtime indicent, what? is this for real? We are recording few downtime each day.. and we can’t spot any good day with perfect uptime. Its like a nightmare when your website is down every single day doesn’t it. We are currently setting up the easycgi customer feedback page, you could post your service downtime issue and get it heard as well.

I am an EasyCGI reseller, and have referred clients to the company for the past 8 years. I currently manage 20 individual accounts, and 6 through my reseller account. I recently had a support issue where my client’s website has been down for 30+ days and the company still has not solved the problem (Note: The issue just started happening, and I hadn’t done anything). The company insists they did not do anything, but things don’t magically break. They have still not resolved the issue, and my client is losing $700 a day, yet EasyCGI will only provide him with a month credit ($18.95). I was just told today, that my account “expendable” and not worth retaining. Billing departments and support are not budging on this issue. I am beginning to pull all my accounts (20+), and will move to GoDaddy as of tomorrow. In the past 8 years, I have never had such a horrible experience. ~Brendan
