		<description>I would not recommend this company in the slightest. They have had massive server instabilities, resulting in extended downtimes, a complete reluctance to resolve issues (or even migrate users off a problematic server - I was told point blank by their technical support that I should continue paying for a service I could not use due to an underlying MySQL issue, or take my business elsewhere)  and today has been lovely with an issue 12 hours and counting.

		<description>I am an EasyCGI reseller, and have referred clients to the company for the past 8 years.  I currently manage 20 individual accounts, and 6 through my reseller account.  I recently had a support issue where my client&#039;s website has been down for 30+ days and the company still has not solved the problem (Note:  The issue just started happening, and I hadn&#039;t done anything).  The company insists they did not do anything, but things don&#039;t magically break.  They have still not resolved the issue, and my client is losing $700 a day, yet EasyCGI will only provide him with a  month credit ($18.95).  I was just told today, that my account &quot;expendable&quot; and not worth retaining.  Billing departments and support are not budging on this issue.  I am beginning to pull all my accounts (20+), and will move to GoDaddy as of tomorrow. In the past 8 years, I have never had such a horrible experience. ~Brendan</description>

		<description>Horrible horrible host. I have gone through conversations like this numerous times. Running in cicles and you do not solve anything. My websites were completely broken during their upgrade, they overwrote calendars and forums with a 3 months old version and broke connections everywhere on the sites. I had to rebuild them completely. My sites would go down several hours at a time without any explanation. At the end of May our site was down for 2 days. June 16 our site went down and 3 days later it is still down. There is no explanation from customer support....they are checking. I am ready to take the issues to BBB</description>
